WE ARE A women OWNED OYSTER COMPANY.

WE GROW OYSTERS ON THE NORTH FORK OF Long Island.

THEY TASTE LIKE VACATION.

We are Stefanie and Elizabeth- partners in life, in business, and in building something bigger than ourselves.

Little Ram Oyster Co. began with a simple belief: that oysters are more than food. They are ecosystem engineers. They clean water. They build habitat. They anchor working waterfront communities. And when grown with care, they tell the story of a place.

We farm in Gardiners Bay on the North Fork of Long Island, where the tides shape our days and the seasons dictate our pace. What started as a small oyster farm has grown into something layered- a premium oyster brand, immersive farm tours, raw bar experiences, and a community rooted by the water.

But Little Ram is not just about oysters.

It is about reclaiming the working waterfront. It is about women building businesses on the bay. It is about connecting people back to where their food comes from. It is about climate resilience, local economies, and proving that small farms can create big impact.

Every oyster we grow filters the water it lives in. Every experience we host brings someone closer to understanding our coastal ecosystem. Every partnership strengthens the future of this shoreline.

We believe in boots on docks.
In cold hands and strong coffee.
In collaboration over competition.
And in keeping it salty!

Thank you for being part of it.

Stef & Elizabeth
