OUR OYSTERS:

Little Ram Oysters are grown in Gardiners Bay -the only oyster on the North Fork grown in that bay!

While small to medium in size, they pack a serious punch.

Crisp minerality, medium salinity, clean and delicious.

We like to say, “they taste like vacation!”
