ONE WORKING

TWO WOMEN.

OUR STORY

BAY.

We started Little Ram Oyster Co. in 2018 with a shared love of the water, a deep connection to place, and a pretty big idea: to build something meaningful together.

Not just a business. A way of life.

WE WANTED TO GROW SOMETHING HERE.

For us, the North Fork has always been more than a beautiful place to live. It’s a working waterfront, a community, and a way of life worth protecting.

We wanted to be part of that story. To work with our hands, spend our days on the water, and grow something that reflects the place we love. So we became oyster farmers.

NOTHING GOOD

GROWS OVERNIGHT.

Oyster farming isn’t always pretty. It’s early mornings, heavy cages, unpredictable weather, and a whole lot of hard work.

But there’s something pretty incredible about raising an oyster from seed, watching it grow, and eventually sharing it with someone across a table.

We believe in doing things the right way, caring for the water that sustains us, and taking pride in every oyster we harvest.

GOOD OYSTERS.

BETTER COMPANY.

We’re Stefanie and Elizabeth, the women behind Little Ram.

We built this farm around things that matter most to us: good food, good people, a healthy bay, and a life spent doing something we believe in.

And if there’s one thing we’ve learned along the way, it’s that the best things are meant to be shared.

We’re glad you’re here.
